Nedbank I want my money back

Nedbank insurance has been deducting R4000 monthly with out my authority after I settled my bond and communicated with them. My settlement was in October 2022 and I have informed them. I have been disputing the amount since then. I have been back and forth with them telephonically and they have been giving me the run arround. The last person I spoke with today I have informed them I will contact this platform and only then they showed interest but nothing has been done yet. My credit record is being ruined with disputes. Please help
