Nedbank.. I cant even open an account for my child - not a care in the world

I created a bank account for my child who was so excited, the application was confirmed, the birth certificate was uploaded, and received confirmed, account number etc. no response from Nedbank who would apparently be in contact within 3 to 4 days to make delivery arrangements of your card. I called the call centre and after a very long call, i was told to email my child birth certificate again (which i did immediately)... 2 weeks have gone by and no response. I called the call centre (again) and the application was cancelled. Not a phonecall or email, nothing. Keep your bank account, I'll go somewhere else.
