NEDBANK HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION

I am appalled the human rights violation against my elderly parents by Nedbank as a whole and their Tygervalley branch. I have had to make my parents wait at the bank now on 3 occasions. Risking their health because of a change over of authorities from my sister to myself. Firstly, to make my father wait 3 hours today and still not sort out our problem. He is very frail ... I’m appalled. Secondly the mere fact that over 60s get immediately logged off on trying to enable face recognition - it’s really not lawful and against the constitution. And **************! Still no joy. I as power or attorney do still not have access to my mother and clearly risking my fathers health by bringing him into Nedbank is unimportant and irrelevant to the this bank. I expect immediate response as well as someone to come out to my parents to sort out their issue. I am trying to get through the Nedbank as I write this review and have been cut off and the manager is refusing to take my call. Apparently a lady who is second in charge and not interested in my issue. My number ***.
