Nedbank HR head office POOR SERVICE

I have been requesting my UI19 since October 2019, a request was sent to Xoli Ndlela who has never bothered to call or return any emails or calls from the Labour dept. I worked there for over 10years and considering that I wasn't fired but resigned, it is absolutely unbelievable that she has failed to give me a single document. She is HR for heaven's sake, how hard can this be!!!!
