Nedbank household insurance is a ****. Kgomotso ***

Never apply for household insurance with Nedbank, they will debit your money monthly but when you need help they will never.. Assist you. I had a geyser problem then called Nedbank to assist me as it part of the package but guess what it's not resolved. Its been 3 months now calling and begging them to assist me with no luck. I called them on the 30th of August and they sent some plumber named Aluwani Construction who only came on the 16th of September, he checked and said the problem needs an electrician who will come in the following day but they never pitched until today... Why are they taking my money monthly with no assistance??? Why are they not taking they clients serious?? i made follow ups several times with no success.
