Nedbank Household Insurance

I recently wrote a review about Nedbank Insurance regarding their poor customer service. To date I have not even received a response which tells me that we clearly live in a country that does not offer excellent service delivery but are quick to debit your account for a service that should be rendered in an appropriate manner. I will continue to find other avenues of escalation and will not put this matter to rest. Nedbank disgusts me and I will not recommend anyone to join this financial institute. As previously mentioned I have been a client of Nedbank for over 20 years and thisis the kind of service level offered to me. I am now seriously considering moving my account to another bank.
