"Nedbank" Horror for Small business

Nedbank has given me what i can call unsatisfactory service. I am a small business owner who opened a bank account with Nedbank under what they call" Small Business Account". The account was opened Feb 2018 and since February till October the business has generated over R150000.00 through Nedbank.

On the 15 October 2018 our account was closed and on inquiry we were told that may be its because the account was over limit of +- R200.50 we ask why was it closed without notification and they claim that they send one message to number registered to account. The issue with that is that the number they claim to have sent the message was not the number we registered for notifications. The number belongs to the Director of the business. When we call the Risk department telling them about the issue and that we have R 33 800.00 that we needed to deposit she rudely said" Once account is closed we can not open it. We tried to explain that they closed account on 15th October and Deposit was made 3 days after may they please open the account. we even wrote a letter pleading with Risk manager but to no she said that account is closed. My grief is that I have showed that we have viable business which has brought money through Nedbank as shown above and also the account was not handled bad, our director has a good record. The inconvenience of opening a new account and fund reverted back to customers due to closed business. Our company reputation with customers. Nedbank policy if its the policy that any account over limit by 200bucks be closed its a bad policy especially in this country.

Nedbank does nothing for small business so may be they must just stop giving false impression that they support small business.
