Nedbank Horror

If I could I wish I could go and scream at the Nedbank Branch… So about 3 weeks back the was some *****ulent activity in my credit card of which Nedbank picked up and informed me before closing my card and that was the beginning of my nightmare. For the past 3 weeks I have been calling the bank daily just to get an update, no SMS no Email no Phone call no nothing from Nedbank to inform me of how far they are with the investigation. For 3 whole weeks no communication what so ever!! I seriously do not know what to do now. Just imagine if I didn’t have any other source of money and that was my only money!! Just imagine
