how many times have I solved this issue about my credit card with so many different agents calling me and after speaking with each one I'm assured that the matter is will be updated on your side and still to my horror i still receive threatening messages from you that legal action will be taken against me even though I am paying my account on a monthly basis and the amount I agreed that I can afford is being paid i feel nobody is actually updating your information on your side maybe due to poor management because you don't care, for you it's easy to threaten your customers I'm so sick and tired of your poor service
