Nedbank Horrible/Terrible service!!!!!

Terrible customer service I am old pensioner my husband passed on last year January since today Nedbank hasn’t given me any feedback regarding the progress of the estate I submitted everything since I’m the beneficiary They **** and told me they will send an email to my daughter nothing has happened … I tried calling Nedbank they said they will get back to me in 10 minutes.. no phone call no email was sent till today

Poor service they are lacking empathy they don’t update and work with you in each and every step claims are being delayed for no valid reasons it’s is a really *********** bank to deal with I don’t even have the food to eat … Never Invest or take trust funds with NEDBANK…they are horrible!!!!!!!!!!
