nedbank horrible service

the service from nedbank is pathetic they don't even know to train there staff on customer services ,levete or evete from the legal credit card department can't even speak clearly you can't even hear his namely clearly even from a recording of his trouble behavior and attuitude how do you even hire people who don't even understand what's client services is trouble and pathetic customer service from nedbank I phone in at 11 am 19 November 2024 for assistance all I got was when I asked for the information to be repeated was "where you not listening to what I have been telling you and cuts my damn call " seriously nedbank this is what we must expect from nedbank what a perfect slogan "making things happen"
