Nedbank HORRIBLE service

I’ve transferred money from overseas to Nedbank. The money was received yesterday already and I received an email from Nedbank confirming it. Today nothing still showed in my account and I couldn’t do the conversion on the money app also. I phoned Nedbank and they confirmed the money was there and said the conversion is now done. After another whole day it’s still not in my account!! This is outrageous and one cannot help but wonder about this!! And who draws the interest on the money while I still don’t have access to it!! It being Christmas, my family needs the money so we can plan our celebrations. This is unacceptable and I will close my account for sure!!
