Nedbank horrible experience

If anyone is considering taking some type of loan at Nedbank please think twice. I've had a horrible experience with that bank when i tried to take a consolidation loan. It has been more than 8 days waiting for the outcome of my application, but the Sales Agents are speaking in tongues whenever i enquire about the progress. What they dont do is either "Approve or Decline" strangely enough, but are too happy to give excuses why the application has not been finalised. 8 days today and counting and my application is aparently still being "processed". You would expect one of the big 4 banks in the land to have a seamless process when it comes to simple things like loan processing, but not Nedbank. I was never their client in the first place and after this horrible experience even my decendents whould never bank with them. If you still want to try them please avaid a person called Thembelani Shandu. Ask for someone else please please
