NEDBANK HORRIBLE

We are expecting a foreign transfer of funds. Trf was made on 27 Jul. Nedbank received it but made no real effort to contact us. We phoned and they confirm the did receive the money. Now they claim month end is delaying them. Really getting ****ed of with these corporates that are incapable to perform. Sorry we only work till 4pm they say. #useless bank. Further adding to my frustration is that I cancelled a homeloan with them. Now on requesting a release of a life policy from them they are unable to help me and I have to contact my broker to confirm what policy it was. Sorry we are not helping you on this further till you write a letter requesting the release of the session. ***
