Nedbank HONFEE IT ALWAYS A DAY LIGHT *******, WHEN YOU COMPLAIN YOU DON'T GET ANY FEEDBACK, WITHIN 2DAYS OF PURCHASES I WAS CHARGED R90 X 2 HONFEE R180 I DON'T HAVE OVERDRAFT I USED FUNDS AVAILABLE IN MY ACCOUNTS WHY WITHIN 2DAYS?

I don't have Overdraft with nedbank all my purchases are based on available balance in my account I check before I do a purchase if thers no enuf funds it declined on sartuday 15th June I made a purchase of R170 and R174 with available funds in my account on the 18th June I was Charged R90 X HONFEE that R180 last time I checked retailers have 5_7 days to do banking if not done funds will be returned to the main account in this case itb within 48hours I am already charged R180 Day light ******* it not the 1st time 19 August 2019 I did transfers in between my account I was charged this R180 while I was transferred my own salary to my mobi money account.. Why is this bank like this it this R180 A compulsory minimum fee to charged customers???? this is not my faults or my mistake why must I suffer for charges with this bank I don't owe you anything not even a funeral cover with you it just this account that course me headeck

Kindly revers this as it increases Negetive balance in my account for nothing why everytime I am being charge R180 (90X2) WHY how possible is that I purchase on sartuday on monday I have to pay HONFEE while my account Decline if I don't have funds please stop using us we are all in crisis in South Africa but you are charging us for nothing. I can't purchase on sartuday my phone report for transaction being successful on the 2nd day I am charged HONFEE does it mean this retailers delayed banking withing 48hours???? Am tired of assistad by this bank they will keep on robbing us and ignore our complains thers no dull moment HONFEE is R90 it always 90X2 like thers a policy that you must be charged twice for nothing even wors I was charged a year ago for Intenal transfers in between my nedbank account I reported this on 19 August 2019 till to date it was never ever attended so I must pay R210 account fee and thus R180 noooooo close your account
