Nedbank honfee deduction and negative balance on my account

If I could rate a zero I would. Nedbank is a complete ******* and they ***** our money. I've been getting my in contacts and statement and all seemed fine then I wake up to a negative R484 that includes a hon fee. How did my balance go on negative when I had sufficient funds and my incontact shows everything. Nedbank takes forever to allocate funds and takes our accounts to negative on purpose. Complete ******* and *****. I'm definitely changing my bank if my money does not come back. I'm tired of the excuses and non existent excuses. Nedbank is a **** bank. DO NOT USE THEM!!! and their callcentre staff is rude and useless. I want my R500 back nedbank
