NEDBANK HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE - THE WORST INSURER EVER.

Absolutely pathetic service. being trying to resolve an issue since last year September. and one logged a claim for a leak on my property to which I still await a resolve

in the first instance I had my hob and two garage motors surged. they send over service providers to check my geyser. there was nothing wrong with my geyser, that was not the complaint. they then send service providers to check the items, the guys take pics of everything and say that I did not allow them to assess it. I was really upset .

to cut a long story short - I have been promised call backs, promised that my situation will be addressed. to date no joy.

I will advise any person out there - if you are considering Nedbank homeowners insurance - please do not even list them as an option.

btw I pay R1000 a month just for building cover - no contents and car just building, and this is the level of service is receive. I mean lack of service.
