We had a severe thunder storm, which caused a huge tree to fall over our pool causing structural damage and leaking. An assessor was sent out 3 months later. His report was the pool was not maintained. ... obviously as it was leaking. We submitted photos of the pool on the day of the storm with the tree lying across it and the water level still high and sparking water along with reports, so even with proof and evidence, this claim was rejected. They take your money as long as you don't claim they are **********. It's a shame that a institute of this size and nature get it right to ******* honest hard working south Africans. SHAME ON YOU!! you shouldn't be dealing with home owners insurance. This is an absolute disgrace that they can get away with this. How many others have you ****med?
