Nedbank Homeowners Insurance payouts unacceptable

Nedbank Homeowners Insurance refuse to pay full replacement costs for hail damage to solar geyser evacuated tubes incurred during a hail storm 18 November 2020. They have short paid replacement costs by approx R4000.00. This is unacceptable. We are insured for this and all premiums have been faithfully paid each month for almost 25 years. This is no way to treat any customer. Emails have been going back and forth for weeks now, but no resolution. Sorry Nedbank, this is not good enough!
