Nedbank Homeowners Insurance Pathetic Processes and Service

Nedbank Homeowners Insurance is by far the worst insurance I have ever that the misfortune of using. I have been a client for 8years and in the 8years I have not made a single claim until early this year when my geyser started giving me problems. I logged a claim explaining that my geyser needed to be replaced however I had gotten rid of the non working geyser as it was attracting pests due to where it was situated. Their so called inspectors came to inspect the site and one can clearly see that there was a geyser, I was then sent from pillar to post regarding the claim and until this day the claim is not resolved and I still do not have a geyser.

I urge prospective clients to not bother with this useless bank at all, for months on end we still do not have a geyser at this point I am considering moving my entire home loan account from Nedbank.
