Nedbank homeowners insurance dragging their feet with fixing damages on my house.

On the 12th of December my boundary wall fell due to storm and my windows broke, washing line steel pipes were destroyed as well and the structure of the house also got damaged and I put in a claim (C***) a lady by the name of Ntlotliseng Lebitsa was assigned to handle my claim, so from the day the well fell due to storm damage till yesterday no windows were installed in my house until I installed them myself, If this was treated as an emergency the least Nedbank could have done was to install windows in my house, so for 6 days the were no windows in my child bedroom and my bathroom so who is suppose to be liable for the damages caused by the rain and wind? Every time I must phone nedbank trying to find out what is the status of my claim, they sent people to do the assessment on the wall, the wall is still not up instead they put IBR sheets as a temporary measure, what I want to know from nedbank homeowners insurance is are they ever going to fix the damages on my house? the lady handling my claim says they are waiting for the final report from the assessor Lesego Kgopane but when spoke to her she says to me she is done on her side with the assessment on her side, so why are they wasting my time.

Wow so much for paying insurance and get your claim rejected because of a weather report and saying that the wall is not up to standard and yet the person handling my claim fails to explain to me what she means that the wall is not up to standard , can someone from nedbank make me understand that a house I bought in 2011 financed by Nedbank with the same wall that has now fallen saying to me it's not up to standard, do they not send assessors before financing a property to check all of that cause surely the assessor would have picked this up that the wall is not up to standard.
