Nedbank Homeowner Insurance

I have 2 houses in the same complex financed by Nedbank homeloans. One of them burnt down & when i lodge a homeowners claim I was told that bond doesn't have insurance.

I know i took a homeowner insurance when i app**** for the bond some years ago. I have been made to run around between homeloans & insurance department.

I was also told some lousy excuses that this property is a sectional tittle by some consultants when i tried to register a claim. I have sent email to legal & there seem to be no answer.
