Nedbank Homeloans.Pathetic service.

Nedbank Homeloans.Can't complain about the service becaise there is NONE. Pathetic service. I have been waiting for a week to be phone by a consultant to assist me in lending money on my currsnt homeloan. We have been paying our bond for 6 years without any defaults. Seems like Nedbank is not intersted in new bussiness. If I so not get response by Thursday we will be moving our Homeloan.
