Nedbank Homeloans- Useless

I app**** online for a Home-loan, the agent in question Raveshin Naidoo, asked me to send in the documents. I had a problem with OTP at that point so told him will send everything once that is settled. Last week Tuesday I sent him all the docs with the question if he needed me to put in another application. I call him on Thursday, he claims he is busy with the application. And will call me later. He doesn’t calls me Friday and clearly hasn’t even read the emails. I ask him what else he needs, he says he will send me a link to re-apply. The link never comes through. I do a new application on the website anyway. I have been leaving him messages to find out if he has everything, he doesn’t even bother to reply. I am supposed to be with private banking, what a joke. I am so ****ed. I have lost a week. I do hope Absa gives me the bond, if they do, every client I ever service because I am a tax consultant isn’t ever getting a bond, overdraft or even finance with you. Private Banking se voet! How *********** is this!
