Nedbank Homeloans Useless

Nedbank homeloans is just useless, I want to refinance and move home loan. On the 16th May 2025 after speaking to someone I sent them an email with a stamped letter from my work place confirming that a stop order was effective and requested them to immediately cancel the debit order.

Last week I called to follow up, the person I spoke to ended up cutting my call saying he would call me back with feedback and never did.

Today I have debit orders bouncing because the stop order went off and the debit order went off as well. Nedbank is useless, have not received any feedback since I sent that email. I want my money today
