Nedbank homeloans unaccessible

It has been a week now trying to get hold of the Nedbank building loan/homeloan department without any luck. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. The guy who was assigned to me as my personal banker is not responding to neither my emails nor my call. I have called the call centre several times and the agents keeps putting me through to a number that is either not working or rings unanswered.
