Nedbank homeloans reaping people off on setllements figures

I am a nedbank homeloan, on the 8th of January 2016 I called Nedbank homeloans and i formed them of my intention to sell the house thus putting in my 90 days notice period from that day going forward. On the 8th April my attorneys requested cancellation figures from Nedbank, i owe R660 000.00 the cancellation figures given were more than what i owed. More over i am aware that they need to calculate my bond insurance for 12 months which is about R2000.00 so i was expecting to get a cancellation figured of R662 000.00. More over now that the bond has registered on the new owners name on the 4th of July, I was debited R8200.00 installment of the 30th of June, i doubt very much if my money will be paid back to me; because i now need to pay the new owner the July rental whilst i paid Nedbank and given how thet have not cotacted me once and none of the amounts i have been made to pay made sence, i do not believe i will even get that refurnd. There is about R16000.00 gap from the money i was expecting to get and what i will actually get. I have served my 90 day notice and thus no interest is supposed to be charged and yet i am being penalised and interests are levied against me. Who is respnsible to make for sure that people get the correct settlements figures and the intesrest and not inflated?
