Nedbank Homeloans Poor service - Copy of tittle deed

Nedbank customer service is extremely poor. So I called more than a week ago to ask Nedbank Homeloans to send me a copy of my tittle deeds. I was told that it will take about 2 days for the copy to be sent, I am still waiting. I called some few days to escalate the matter and still no joy. I was given a reference number for the escalation (ref ********** 1). Nedbank is just a problem when it comes to customer service. How does 2 days turn around time turn into days of no feedback. I just need a copy of the tittle deed, please assist.
