Nedbank Homeloans,

I called in to adjust my Bond installments to the required amount, as automatic adjustments did not take place previously and it suited me.

I was transferred a few times, but having a previous banking background, I did understand.

Once the correct person was on the line, she adjusted my repayment, 2 days before the debit was due.

The adjusted installment went off on the 31st.

Now that's how banking should be done: Efficient, and real-time!
