Nedbank Homeloans mess

I sold my property which was financed by Nedbank. They have refunded my proceeds of the sale to the wrong attorneys, now they are sending me from pillar to post when I am requesting for my money. They asked me 3 weeks ago to send a letter with the banking details of where they will refund the money knowing very well that they had already sent my money to the wrong people. My attorneys (conveyers) are trying and I am also trying but we are both failing. I'm just disgusted with their service as I am getting no joy at all with my query. They are ignoring my emails now and their phone is not being answered
