Nedbank Homeloans has ****d my bank account of all my funds, two Debits in one month

Nedbank Homeloans Department has ****d my Nedbank personal account of my funds this month. Firstly debiting my account with a sum of R32 565.86 on the 23/09/23, although they have sent me a letter prior to the debit indicating that there will be change in the debit amount to R13 183.92 going forward but debit R32 565.86 anyway. Then whilst I am querying why this has happened I am debited again on 03/10/23 with an amount of R13 183.92. The total amount taken from my account for the month was R45 749.78. It is strange that on 25/08/23 just an amount of R13 183.92 was only debited from my account yet this month Nedbank helped themselves with R45 749.78. I would like to know from Nedbank how do they expect me to pay my other bills like Utilities, Water, Electricity, Insurances, School fees, Buy food, Fuel and live as a human being in South Africa. This is brutal. Nedbank has damaged my credit score and profile and put me through such an inconvenience. As a result I cannot qualify for any credit facility and Nedbank will not even assist me with a credit card they are only interested in taking my entire salary or cleaning my entire bank account. Nobody from Nedbank has returned my money or responded to my emails, because I have a Nedbank bank account they can debit as they please. I am moving my entire banking to another bank for safety reasons. If this continues I will be living in poverty. This is totally unacceptable behavior. It is actually theft. I requested that CEO of Nedbank respond to my email, that has not happened neither has any of Nedbank's Management or Personnel has answered my emails yet. If there is still no response I will instruct my attorney to send a letter of demand including all legal costs and compensation for the pain, suffering and inconvenience. I will also notify the press to show case this incident, as my entire salary was taken from my account by Nedbank.
