Nedbank Homeloans - Good Telephonic Service

I would like to thank Nedbank Homeloans. Firstly for the mortgage holiday during the hard Covid-19 lockdown. This was straightforward. Secondly, for being helpful and friendly when phoning for a query. The repo rate and thus the instalment amount was reduced but my debit amount remained the same. This was adjusted back without hassle. I am giving Nedbank four, not five stars, because the same level of help is not available at branch level, even a major branch where the homeloan was signed up (Sandton City). Telephonically however, they are clued up. There is the impression they are there to genuinely assist in facilitating what is to most a huge responsibility.
