Nedbank Homeloans for deceased

I been trying to call Nedbank homeloans for the past two weeks with no success, everytime i call the helpdesk they transfer me to the number which rings with no answer. I was eventually guve alternative number to but the same thing happens, phone rings with no answer. I went to the branch was told i can ony be assisted viaphone which is not usefull. I am so frustrated with no option or anyopne to call for an assistance. please help.
