Hi. Nedbank Homeloans is virtually unreachable by email. They dont consider hearing impaired or working people in open offices or that cannot phone because their jobs require them driving. I have sent an email with questions and an automated response follows very rude. I cant hear on the phone and my husband is literally on the run with his job.
