Nedbank homeloans does not call back

I have contacted Nedbank twice now and waited for ages on the phone while they log a call with their Homeloans department to contact me, and I just dont get a call back. Keep in mind you cannot call them directly. They must call you. I have been with Nedbank for a long time. Very disappointed.
