Nedbank Homeloans bad customer service

I am really disappointed in the service received from Nedbank Homeloans department. A simple call for information resulted in a stand off with the consultant. Worse is that I first logged the complaint with their own complaints department. Not even this could address the bad experience I had with the consultant. The background noise sounded like a party in the call centre and he could not or would not assist me. I wont refer anyone to this unprofessionalism.
