Nedbank HomeLoans are irritating beyond life!!!!

Nedbank Homeloans Dept and the HomeLoans Call Centre (as they both blame each other for the hot messup)- is this the most-est aggravating bank division in the history of mankind . For months and months Hedbank Homeloans have somehow managed to 100% incorrectly list my address (for which they hold the bond btw) on my bond account statements, not one phone call to me to check re my complaints re this but today, they have the bold cheek to send me an sms regarding my bond payment, Have I missed a single payment even through the toughest time of the lockdown????
