NEDBANK HOMELOANS ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH

I am in the process of cancelling my home loan with Nedbank, and it has been a nightmare to deal with these guys. Firstly, they took forever to give out the cancellation figures, and then when the attorneys are supposed to do lodgment, they withdrew the mandate of the cancellation attorneys.

I have been calling the bank and have spoken to a number of personnel and home loan specialists. None of them are able to help me have the mandate restored.

The bank declined my application for a further bond, and when another institution has granted me a home loan, they are embarking on a Stalingrad process. This is such an inconvenience.

You have to speak to many people and explain yourself to each one of them before you can talk to someone who will tell you that there's nothing that they can do. I am fed-up with this bank!!!!
