Nedbank Homeloans

So right before Christmas as soon as my salary has been paid into my current account. My homeloan debit order was taken off of my account twice.

So first I phoned and was told I missed a payment. Okay fair enough. So after that I went to check the latest statement I recieved on my homeloan. Which is dated on the 30th of November 2016. It shows under "arrears status" is R0.00.
So I phne again and a lady I speak to tels me that she agrees with me and then says I should send her an email with regards to this problem and to have the second debit order reversed. No problem I do this and was told to wait 3 days.

After this I phone again after nothing has happened. The gentleman I speak to informs me that they are working on the problem, and I should have my money within a day or two.

Today I phone again after nothing has happened, the lady I then speak to tells me that I missed a payment in April.

I understand that I missed a payment, fair enough. But this happened in April, and the statement I get on the 30th of November says I am 100% up-to-date. SO WHAT IS THIS THEN?

Why do I receive statements that are not up do date? The cheeky lady on the phone tells me that whenever I miss a payment I should let the bank no and make arrangements. I KNOW THAT!!!!!

But I was not informed of the fact that I had apparently missed a payment.
