Nedbank Homeloans
<p>I am hopping mad, I receive a call today to say that I am behind on my homeloan payments by a month... *** I have NEVER defaulted and they take the amount off every last day of the month from Nedbank to Nedbank..</p> <p>Can someone explain why a call like this is made when the records are clear that the monthly payments have been made since it is a debt order done by themselves....</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Thank you to Nedbank responding but they still could not give me an answer as to why I was called in the first place, surely one looks at the account and analyse it be fore calling. Anyways, whats done is done and at least client service did give me a call and apologise.
