NEDBANK HOMELOAN THE WORST AT DOING THEIR BUSINESS

I am terrified and so disappointed in Nedbank home loan department, I have two accounts for my two properties with nedbank

First, in December my account for my first property was in arrears, I payed the whole arrears with a transfer to the account as I was unemployed for a few months, to my suprice Nedbank debited me twice for the property, I was then asked to write letters for them to process a refund. I then asked them to not pay in January they agreed but I was debited again.

Secondly, from my other account, I did a restructuring with a lady called Thando Ngubeni, suppose to be their restructuring specialist, only again to be debited twice. I now can't even pay may kids school fees and transport due to a company failing to manage their business and also honouring what we agreed upon

Worst company......and every time a reversal of a wrong debit order needs to be done you taken pillar to post with request for letters and staff.
