NEDBANK HOMELOAN NO HELP

We have had a home loan with Nedbank for years. They always advertise they are there to help.

I have spoken to their help line for payment relief or if we can restructure the bond to bring the repayments down. She said we cant. We owe R400 000.00 and paying R14000 a month because it is an access bond. Surely we can restructure and not have access bond and the repayments should halve.

Apparently not so. Have since been into a branch they tried to speak to home loans on our behalf and have had no feedback. I cannot believe Nedbank Home loans have such *********** staff that they can advise us how we can bring the re-payments down whilst my husband is unemployed!
