Nedbank HomeLoan Horrific Experience

Nedbank home loan took my money without authorization. Made and arrangement for R3400 however Nedbank took R34000 and now I am stranded in the middle of nowhere as I am traveling . Called them and they are giving me run around. Never ever bank with this bank . Total nonsense and no regard for people. They are unwilling to fix their mistake
