Nedbank Homeloan Disappointment

I am quite disappointed in Nedbank Homeloans. After having our bond with them for 15 years we app**** to extend our bond. They declined within 24 hours, with not even as much as a phonecall to discuss our needs. They said we need to reduce our debt, however we don't even have store accounts or personal loans. The price our house would sell for now is more than double the amount that we asked to actually extend our home loan by and they didnt even bother to send someone out to value our house. Very disappointed that I even feel the need to move our homeloan to another bank!
