Nedbank Homeloan Department - just useless

I have phoned Nedbank Homeloan 4x times today and asked for a statement and debit order form and was promised by 4x individuals that they will email me the necessary documents. Needless to say, not one of these individuals have emailed the documents. I wonder if Nedbank will even respond to this
