NEDBANK HOMELOAN DEBITED 3 TIMES UNAUTHORIZED

Nedbank de item me 3 times for my Home loan on the 13th Dec 2024....I called the call collections department and spoke to Natasha who promised that they will do a refund in 3 working days. My money is not back yet...I called again on the 19th Dec and spoke to Pontsho and she told me that Natasha is not at work so there is nothing they can do we have to wait for her. Natasha had initially promised to call back on the 13th to tell me off the progress of the refund and she never did.what if Natasha never comes back...the refund department is back office that doesn't talk to client. I need my money back, how will I survive from now to end of January.
