Nedbank Homeloan

called the Nedbank customer number was transferred 4 times. All I want is the balance on my HomeLoan. Was told the cell number they have on the system is not the same as the one I have. Okay which of your agent changed my number and who authorized it. I only have one cell number and have been using it for past 15 years. Please email me my balance, thank you
