Nedbank Homeloan bond

Hi all! Be carefull of this Home Loan Division!!!! I phoned in on 4 Sept to update them that my property is in the market. Guess what- the consultant never captured it and now they charging me interest penalties for it!!!! Phoned today 3 agents- always referring to a "manager" . What poor service- no compassion for their customers and totally money driven!!! Customers pay for employees mistakes....
