NEDBANK HOMELOAN ALLOWING DEVELOPER TO PROVIDE POOR LIVING CONDITIONS

I app**** for a home loan which I was approved for on a building that was still being developed. My home loan was approved, and this process was pleasant and beautiful. Once approved and the building was complete communication fell through the cracks, the bond was not being deducted yet I was promised a different interest rate according to my having a Nedbank account none of this happened, I had to go into the bank to explain this to Nedbank, your are charging me interest on a bond you are not deducting and not keeping to agree terms, they tried to fix just the account, that didn't work either. Success was not met, I went into the bank after staying in my current property for four months, asking them to help me, because the Developer had not delivered, from serious matters like humidity in the cupboards causing food to go bad, clothes and shoes to mold, to miss-matched tiles, chipped tiles, unaligned doors, leaking showers, loose basin fittings, cracked walls inside and out, water piercing through the walls, a new oven with no lights, a smell continues bad smell due to moisture. Unseal windows. Both bathrooms are not private, the bathroom opens into the kitchen, second bathroom has no private door separation. Causing continuous illness for my kids and I. Their room has a continuous toxic smell that causes coughing in an asthmatic child. NEDBANK CAN'T BE BOTHERED. I HAVE BEEN TO THE COUNCIL AS THEY ADVISED. Council still cannot produce approved plans, but my Home Loans need to be paid, healthy, sick, and living in unbearable conditions. Nedbank never did an inspection either. How does one continue to live against your basic human rights? The bank does not have approved plans either. They are lost in every conversation. I have evidence of all the calls made to Nedbank, should I go into the Nedbank branch, they will advise that they know my face, I have made numerous attempts to try to get help, but everyone turns the other way as it, not their problem, the bank must take responsibility too, just as Council and the Developer should too. That is what my next review will be about the Developer.
