Nedbank Homeloan *******

Our house was auctioned by Nedbank for R250k less than the market value, in 2018. We are now getting threatening messages that Nedbank is going to attach our goods because we have not paid the shortfall. When I call the bank they say that they cannot help me as the bond is in my wifes name, it was a joint bond though. I believe that this is not fair that they sold the house for less than its worth and still want to collect on it even though theyre the ones who sold it for below market value.
